ABOUT THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM
The world is full of challenges. Which ones will your teen solve as they build their careers?
The Challenge Program is a self-guided, interactive course designed to help young people discover new ways of looking at themselves and their future. By flipping the traditional approach to career development, the Challenge Program helps young people focus on real-world challenges, not job titles.
The program brings together a curated selection of the best inspirational and informative content, exercises, and resources to help students navigate the journey. Through videos, quizzes, self-guided study, journaling, and one-on-one coaching sessions, your teen will learn:
- How to design a satisfying career
- How to identify their values, interests, and strengths
- How to research and explore the world of work
- How to discover the right education program
- How to take those critical next steps towards success
At the end of the process, your teen will feel confident about their choices and inspired by the impact their unique talents can make on the world.
